Marianas Islands Training and Testing (MITT)
RiMS led public outreach and engagement efforts for MITT, facilitating community forums and discussions to ensure transparent communication between military representatives and local stakeholders.
Guam Defense System / Missile Defense Agency
RiMS facilitated community engagement for the Guam Defense System under the Missile Defense Agency, conducting cultural training to help visiting agencies connect with the local community and enhance public communication efforts.
KTH Federal Partnering
RiMS strengthened collaboration among federal and local partners by providing seamless event planning and logistical support for KTH Federal Partnering sessions.
Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) – Guam Industry Forum
RiMS delivered full scale event planning and logistics management for the Guam Industry Forum, drawing over 500 industry leaders, government officials, and stakeholders. Venue coordination, program scheduling, speaker management, and marketing efforts positioned the forum as a premier platform for military and industry collaboration.
Marianas Island Range Complex (MIRC)
RiMS connected government agencies with the community through organized meetings and moderated discussions for MIRC. RiMS created a collaborative environment where information was effectively shared, and concerns were addressed.
PacAF Tinian Divert Airfield Project
RiMS supported the PacAF Tinian Divert Airfield Project through strategic stakeholder engagement and public communication efforts.
Guahan 2050 Sustainability Plan
RiMS assisted in the public awareness of the Guahan 2050 Sustainability Plan by developing targeted outreach materials, including press releases and social media graphics. Strategic messaging encouraged Guam residents to take an active role in shaping the island’s sustainability vision.
Homeland Defense Radar – Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)
RiMS supported HDR in executing a public engagement strategy for the THAAD initiative. From designing public scoping meetings to drafting and distributing news releases, RiMS ensured clear, effective communication in compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). Strategic outreach efforts strengthened public awareness and stakeholder trust.
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)
As a local subcontractor, RiMS enhanced the effectiveness of the Guam100 Advisory Group by managing meeting logistics, coordinating with third party vendors to ensure a successful advisory group experience.
CNMI Economic Recovery Plan
RiMS partnered with Transcends NMI to develop and refine the CNMI Economic Recovery Plan, providing research, analysis, and strategic communication support. Press releases, survey PSA graphics, and outreach campaigns ensured residents were informed and engaged in shaping the region’s economic future.
